How we work is directed by our clients and their approach. The straightforward way is for you, as a client, to have a design & specification. We simply deliver the finished product on time and within budget. 

This level of detail is unusual, and most information packages are somewhere in the middle. Clients may have a general idea of what they would like, and this may be descriptive as well as specific, for example, ‘a kitchen area with lots of light’. They may have appointed consultants, and if so, we work together to match their designs to what can be achieved within budget. 

Integrated EXPERT Solutions

We also offer a more inclusive service bringing specialist consultants together as part of our team to produce a single solution. These are people and practices we have previously worked with and we know can get the job done. 

This is often the most cost effective way as we only seek advice for specific points of the design. Consultant input is focused on identifiable items needed and this reduces fees. Specialist calculations are produced where they are required and all works are designed to meet federal and state building regulations. OH&S compliance is important and tests with certificates are issued where appropriate.
